How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

Gotmemory Pest Control wants every homeowner who reaches out to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, please tell us. This page shows how to make a complaint and what happens after. It is a general template, not legal advice.

What You Can Raise

You can contact us about:

  • Your experience when you called or contacted Gotmemory Pest Control
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If the Problem Is a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, products, work and customer service. If you have trouble with work done in your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly. Keep a written record.

We still want to hear about it. Feedback helps keep our network honest, and providers who often fall short of our expectations may be removed. Please know that Gotmemory Pest Control cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work, or make choices for a provider.

If your worry is about how a pesticide was applied, you can also contact the agency that oversees pest control in Wisconsin.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@gotmemory.garden and include:

  • Your name and how to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you hope for

After You Write

We will confirm by email that we received your complaint, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened, which may mean contacting the provider. Then we will write back with what we found and any steps we are taking.

If You Are Still Unhappy

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to look again. You can also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau.
